- Applicable taxes, delivery, installation or other charges will be shown before payment wherever applicable.
- Prices and offers may change without prior notice, but a confirmed order will normally be billed at the accepted order value.
- Obvious pricing, typographical or technical errors may be corrected and the affected order may be cancelled with a full refund.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. Acceptance is subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, serviceability, fraud checks and verification of customer details.
We may reject or cancel an order for stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, legal restrictions or other reasonable operational grounds. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider. Available methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other methods shown at checkout.
Payment success is subject to confirmation from the payment provider and our server-side verification. We do not directly store complete card, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, destination, logistics partner, weather, public restrictions and other factors. 10. Installation and Site Services
Product purchase does not automatically include installation unless expressly stated in the product description, quotation or order confirmation. Installation timelines and charges may depend on site survey, roof condition, electrical infrastructure, permissions, access and customer readiness.
11. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Certain customised, installed, used, damaged, clearance or special-order products may not be returnable except where required by law or where the product is defective, damaged in transit or materially different from the confirmed order.
12. Warranty
Product warranties are generally provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, registration and documentation. Green Energy Seva Private Limited may assist with warranty coordination but does not extend the manufacturer’s warranty unless expressly confirmed in writing.
